Starting in 2019 we are beginning a new Trades Initiative Program. Trying to encourage kids and young adults to take trades classes in high school and beyond. Regardless of looking to further their education in these fields or just to be a hobbyist. Auto mechanics, welding or other similar classes can be useful in the job market or for independent use. With the decline in enrollment or completely doing away with some courses altogether, we see this as a big concern. With the help of schools and staff, we would like to provide encouragement and knowledge in these fields.
